Wedding DJ Playlist

What makes a great wedding dj playlist? What is on your wedding playlist? It can be as unique to your wedding day.

Guests at weddings can vary from kids to mums, dads to grans and grandads. A varied amount of music from across the decades is usually required. This is when the DJ has to use his skills to read the crowd a keep all the guests happy and get them onto the dance floor. One of the differences of hiring a wedding DJ or an average DJ.

What makes a Wedding DJ Playlist?

The first record on a wedding dj playlist is of course the very important first dance chosen by the bride and groom, this could be followed by records 2 and 3 for the parents and all other guests to join the bride and groom on the dance floor.

The dance floor is full, now its time to party in celebration. With a request list compiled by the bride and groom, the wedding dj will add in some classic wedding party records for the guests entertainment. These can be varied to suit all guests of all ages. These can be from different decades or different genres of music.
